1 on 1 Personal training

Operating out of Zap Fitness Hawthorn, 1 to 1 personal training is available. 
Work with Julian towards your new lifestyle in a sustainable, ground up approach. 
1 to 2 training also available if you prefer to train with a friend.

10 week program

When first starting out with 3PT we like to give all clients a 10 week program to follow. The programming is adjusted dependent upon your ability level and tailored to individual needs. 
Clients are given specific steps to follow in terms of 3 Key facets; Training, Nutrition and Mindset.
